Samsung is going to produce the first phone with Samsung solar battery

We present to your attention the first mobile phone working on solar power – completely new Blue Earth from Samsung.

Blue Earth is a great ecologically safe sensor phone on the back panel of which is installed a solar panel with Samsung solar battery which can generate enough energy for phone charging. And one more important detail is that the gadget size is not large and it can fit perfectly in your pocket.

A phone working on solar energy is considered not enough by Samsung Company – they strive to make the most ecologically clean phone on the market. The phone corpus is made of refined bottles and does not contain dangerous chemicals. Blue Earth is an energy saving device with a special user interface which allows easy energy economy regime activation. Besides it turns on the "steps counter" and CO2 percentage counter. Samsung is planning to make the box as small as possible and using processed paper.

It is a real challenge for all the other mobile phone producers and we should hope that all Samsung phone line will be equipped with Samsung solar battery.

Blue Earth will be presented at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 16.
