Samsung Galaxy S III is expected to be announced within the  MWC 2012

According to ETNews data, the Samsung Galaxy S III, equipped with a quad core processor, will be presented within the MWC exhibition in February 2012. The agency underscores that the smart phone will be equipped with a quad core chip - because of the fact that one of the main competitors - the HTC is preparing the same decision.

Moreover, the Samsung is elaborating a smart phone with 3D options. The say that in the second half of the year the company will release a device with a 3D display and two cameras.

There were speculations about the technical features of the Samsung Galaxy S III since the past spring. It was said that the device will be equipped with a 4.6 or 4.7 inches Super AMOLED display  with the resolution of 1280x720 pixels, 10 or 12 megapixels camera, 1.5 or 2 Gb operational memory, while as an OS it'll have the Android 4.0
