Nokia and Intel
Nokia and Intel announced about the beginning of their partnership.
The world's largest computer processors producer Intel will cooperate with Nokia, the largest company producing mobile phones.
The companies declared that new products will appear as the result of their technological partnership.
But both companies emphasize the fact that it is too early to discuss exact plans.

As the result of the agreement Intel for the first time gets the access to the mobile phones market whose value is estimated as milliards dollars.
" The partnership will give both companies new possibilities for enlarging the income and will help create new era of mobile computer technologies", Intel Vice President, Anand Chandrasecher declared.
The companies Nokia and Intel make it clear that projects based on the Linux operational system will be the basis of their common work.

According to the Frost and Sullivan Company analytic Jerry Perdy, the partnership will be fruitful for both companies. Perdy makes a suggestion that the first result of the partnership will be clear in about a year: " I suppose that the partnership will make smartphone distribution faster in the whole world. Right now they make about 10% and in a couple of years it will make 50-60%".
"The phones have more similarities with computers now, Perdy says. For example, iPhone offers graphic and video work, function management right on the screen. But such functions are not common at the market yet and Intel and Nokia partnership can change the situation".
