HTC is testing smart phones without the Apple technologies

The HTC is already testing new smart phone models, where is not applied the patented Apple technology. According to Reuters, that is the statement made by the chief of the Taiwanese corporation Peter Chou. Still the head of the corporation did not offer any details about the technical features or any other details about the devices.

The international Trade Commission of the US (ITC), confirmed that the HTC infringes one of the patented Apple rights, even though initially the American company was listing four technologies. The ITC decided to forbid the HTC devices sale within the United States of America beginning with April 19 2012, under the condition that the Taiwanese manufacturer will not resign applying the given technologies.

The HTC declared that is satisfied with the commission's decision, for the majority of their peer's claims were rejected.
