Samsung Exhilarate - another eco-friendly smart phone

The Samsung Electronics and the AT&T announced another eco friendly smart phone - Samsung Exhilrate, that runs on the Android 2.3. OS.

The company states that about 80% of the smart phone is fabricated of recycled materials and is equipped with a range of eco friendly functions and regimes, including the eco calendar and eco calculator.

Samsung presented the Galaxy M Android smart phone

The Samsung corporation had presented the Galaxy M smart phone on the Android 2.3. The innovation includes itself into the medium class models, in South Korea it will be estimated for about 500$. Despite the mentioned fact the device is equipped with a 4 inches Super AMOLED display and a single core processor that works on the 1 GgHz frequency.

KT TAKE HD - Android smart phone with a 1.5 GgHz dual core processor and a HD display

            The KT-Tech presented it's new Android smart phone model - TAKE HD (KM-300) that is equipped with a 1.5 GgHz dual core processor and a 4.5 inches sensory display with the resolution of 1280x800 pixels.

LG had presented the  Optimus 2 smart phone

The LG official web page is presenting the technical features of the Optimus 2 smart phone that runs on the Android 2.3. OS. The model is equipped with a 3.2 display with the resolution of 320x480 pixels, and is built on a single core platform with the frequency of 800MgHz.

Samsung presented the Android line smart phones with the support of two sim cards: GALAXY Y

The Samsung Electronics had officially announced new entries in the Galaxy line smart phones with 2 sim cards: GALAXY Y DUOS and GALAXY Y Pro DUOS.

Huawei Mercury - affordable smart phone with a 4 inches display and 1.4 GgHz processor 

The north American carrier Cricket Communications that offers communication services in the CDMA standard, announced the beginning of the Huawei Mercury smart phone for it's customers.

The Nokia is preparing the LTE version of the Lumia 800 smart phone 

            According to the CNET information, the Nokia is testing the LTE version for the Lumia 800 smart phone, for the American carriers AT&T and Verizon Wireless.

Even though the existing Windows Phone does not support  the LTE technology yet, the manufacturer is testing the device. If it is true, than there shall be designed a new Windows Phone version for the LTE version, or there are applied the Windows Phone updates, that were not made public by the Microsoft yet.

The ZTE intends to decrease the differences between the budgetary and the more expensive Android smart phones. The ZTE V881 Blade+ model that was recently certified will be available in China for about 160$. The device is considered to be an upgrade of the model that was presented the past year, but it's technical features are much closer to the multimedia Android smart phones, than to the category of budgetary phones.

LePad 2005: 5 inches smart phone from Lenovo

The Chinese company Lenovo announced the 5 inches Android device - LePad 2005, equipped with a 5 inches sensory display and a 1.2 GgHz dual core processor.

The One Touch 918  and One Touch 918D Alcatel smart phones - with a single and two sim cards

The Alcatel official web page presents two almost similar Android smart phones - Alcatel One Touch 918 and Alcatel One Touch 918 D. Both run on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread basis, both of them have the 3.2 inches TFT display with the 320x480 pixels resolution, support the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth communications, GPS, FM-radio, are equipped  with micro SD card slots.

The Samsung are a little late with their bada smart phone - it was forecasted for October. Even though it happened - the Samsung Wave 3 that works on the bada 2.0 OS is now on the market, so far just on the French market.

The operator of course is offering the opportunity to it's customers the possibility to get the smart phone for free, but still to sign a contract with the operator.
